Chicken Stroganoff

Makes 6 servings, 4 points each.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 container (16 oz) fat free sour cream
  • 1 packet powdered onion soup mix
  • 1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Instructions

Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours.

This is in my crockpot now.  Smelled good as I was mixing it and I am looking forward to eating it later!  I am planning on pairing it with Green beans, carrots, and a serving of egg noodles.  

Dinner Total:  8 points.
