From beginning to end this has been a terrible week for dieting in the WC household. Everything from Pork Rinds to Dickey's BBQ--- it was pretty much a fat kids dream. We finished out this week with Fried Chicken Strips, LOTS of Honey Mustard, Tator Tots, and Cheddar Jalapeno Bites. Not saying I didn't enjoy every bite of it, because I did. I think the healthiest thing I have consumed this week was an orange.
On top of eating like a pop bellied pig, the gym was a total no go. All my fault. I had my reasons, but still.
This weekend we can turn it around and revert back. We already have a plan to go the gym Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. On our weekly venture to the grocery store we stocked up on fruits and some vegetables.
...we left the pork rinds on the shelf.
