We saddled up and headed to the gym this morning. We go Saturdays and Sundays as well as 1-2 days through the week. Saturday and Sunday we spend 1 hour per day. The week is 30 minutes per day.
Today I spent almost the full 60 minutes on the bike. I went 10.5 miles. Trust me. I am feelin it now. However, while I was peddling away, I began to think about the cost of our weight loss adventure so far.

And this is just so far. Soon we will need new shoes or more workout clothes. Then we will upgrade to nalgene bottles instead of plastic. We will add more games to the wii or more music to keep us motivated.
(then we will sit on our couch and eat ice cream sandwiches just thinking of all the hard work we have done preparing to lose weight.) =)
