If all goes well, we will be going to the gym tonight. It will be a slow start, but I am so excited to be getting back on the treadmill. It's been far too long.
I will wheeze. I will turn red. I will sweat. I will chafe.
I will smile at the end, because I know we on our way to becoming healthier people.
Yay! You can do it! I need to convince myself that clogging one night a week is not enough physical activity for the week....
